Communicating with the Instructor The instructor can be contacted via email, or through the Discussion links on any of the wiki pages. You can expect an acknowledgement within 24 hours, though there may be times when it does not come quite that fast.
You will keep track of your progress throuought the course via a shared Google spreadsheet. As you complete each piece, you will update the spreadsheet. This will allow the instructor to see your pace and progress.
All communication should include a clear subject line and appropriate language, including complete sentences. Please read over all emails and comments before sending/posting.
You are also welcome to initiate an online chat with the instructor via Gmail whenever you see him online, or to arrange a time to do so via email.
